We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order with delivery within 3 -5 working days from receipt of order providing the items are in stock.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and a signature will be required. Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and as soon as your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a further email advising you that it has been sent. Very rarely an item may be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of the expected delivery date if this happens.
Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required.

For 4 items or more plus heavier goods our rate is £10.00
Special Delivery Rates
We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery for orders received before 12pm.

For 4 items or more plus heavier goods, Royal Mail Next day by 1.00pm is £15.00
International Delivery
Europe and Republic of Ireland
Standard EU delivery is based on up to 3 items and is £10.00
For 4 items or more plus heavier goods our rate is £15.00

US and Rest of the World
For US and Canada we deliver by Fedex, for the rest of the world we will deliver between 7-12 days. We will contact you by email with your shipping reference.
Standard international delivery is based on up to 3 items and is £20.00

Gift Wrapping
We offer a gift wrapping service for items that are presents. Each item will be wrapped in tissue paper and presented within a gift box, with your message included on a Rosie and Me gift tag. Let us know your message and we will hand write it for you. Gift wrapping costs £5.00 per order.
