Refund & Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied you can return goods you have ordered from us in perfect condition for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. We cannot refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. We are not able to accept returns of books or CDs.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items, those made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are faulty.
We take great care to ensure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
