7.1 You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you do so by email or phone within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.

8. Refund & Returns
8.1 We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied you can return goods you have ordered from us in perfect condition for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. We cannot refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
8.2 In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. We are not able to accept returns of books or CDs.
8.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
8.4 Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items, those made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are faulty.
9. Delivery
9.1 We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order with delivery within 3 -5 working days from receipt of order providing the items are in stock.
- Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and a signature will be required. Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.
- We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and as soon as your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a further email advising you that it has been sent. Very rarely an item may be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of the expected delivery date if this happens.
- Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for postage & packaging rates.
9.2 If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 days.
- Items must be returned in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged or any personalised items.
9.3 Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow upto 28 days.
